EMERALD

The Abouchar company got various amazing experiences with emeralds. One of the most exciting challenge occurred when Charles Abouchar took over the swiss Company Diastar, which was the first importer of emeralds from the Sandawana mine (Zimbabwe).

Later on, he associated his knowledge of the material with cutters of Teófilo (Minas Gerais in Brazil) where they cut together stones of the highest standard notably for the swiss watch industry.
